这样就可以建立出一个简单的管理.管理帐号都是admin 因为只是判别输入的是不是admin 是的话就把值输入进session中.
两个表：
用户表：ID、用户名、密码、email 等
留言板表：ID、parent_id、title、content、user_id 等
（其中，如果是楼主发的帖子，则parent_id=0
如果是用户的回帖，则parent_id 等于 楼主发的帖子的 ID）

大概过程是这样：
1、先要建一个数据表。
2、sql语句把留言板表单里的各项值写入数据表。
3、将数据调入后台显示，执行操作。

管理员回复留言功能

管理员正确登录点击某一留言【回复】链接，进入回复页面revert.php页面
